In addition to my previous duties of selling and helping provide gaming insight to help find the best solutions for the customers' gaming needs, I am primarily responsible for leading my team of nine people. That includes the ability to help create work schedules to accommodate my employees to the best of my ability, and helping each teammate perform the best they can each day to keep our team ahead of the other stores in our district. I assist with developing relationships between the customers and my employees to create a positive atmosphere for the store. I also aid my employees with finding areas that can be practiced to help their highest potential as I develop personal growth opportunities at our store. Most importantly by keeping the store's inventory organized and the store itself clean and tidy, I help ensure that the store is a safe, secure, and positive work environment.
